For guests who book directly with us, check-in time is from 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is by 10 am. If you would like an earlier check-in time please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.

Free street parking is available directly in front of the building on Dock Road.

Is breakfast included with the room?

Rob Roy is a self check-in room only accommodation, however we can recommend a variety of options in the area for your dining requirements.

No animals allowed on the premises apart from service animals which must be confirmed prior to booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Guests with a reservation on our standard room rate can cancel up to 48 hours of the arrival date free of charge and receive a full refund.
